I just got back from a Christmas trip to Boston with my family, and although I had a wonderful time there (visiting museums, eating delicious food, and shopping), I am so happy to be back home and able to spend New Years with my loved ones here. However, I leave for school again in just three days so my bags will remain packed.

I love this look for ringing in the New Year in classic style because it's fun, colorful, and even sparkly, yet professional at the same time. There are so many different elements to it yet the outfit as a whole remains crisp and doesn't appear cluttered in the least. This outfit has it all (statement jewelry, glitter & shine, color, heels, and sophistication), nothing shouts "I'm so ready for the new year" more than bold confidence!

Merry Christmas To All

I'll keep it short but sweet - Merry Christmas everyone! Hope your holidays are filled with lots of joy, lots of family, and lots of food! There's nothing I love more than being surrounded by those I love during this time of year. Have a blessed day!

Let me present to you yet another glamorous look for the holidays! In case you couldn't already tell, I love dressing up for a party and there's nothing quite like a festive gathering during this time of year. After all, I'm all about standing out and doing that "holiday" look a little bit differently

I finally went for a bold red lip and I have to say, I love it! This pop of red keeps the look Christmassy without being too dramatic. A sparkly statement necklace is a must for any holiday ensemble, and to match, you must have some pretty earrings! Cobalt blue and black are a perfect pair, and although untraditional, they create a memorable holiday combination that's unexpected yet charming.

I love the chic and classy flair this outfit embodies - perfect for a family party or a night out in the city. Happy holiday dressing everyone!

Holiday Flair

The holiday season is the perfect time to release your inner fashionista! You get to explore new styles and trends without feeling gaudy or like you're going overboard. Holiday dress is all about sparkles, color, accessories, flair, and of course, standing out

Any hue in a jeweled tone is a fabulous alternative to the expected red or green. I chose to flaunt this rich pink color, and although pink is not your typical Christmas color, it is extremely appropriate and serves as a fun & fresh twist to any holiday look. Navy tights are a fantastic substitute for black tights and add a certain sophistication without being overpowering.

Everyone wants to look glamorous around the holidays - that's what jewelry is for! If there's any time to layer on the bangles or overload on sparkle, it's now! I went pretty tame with the look you see here but don't worry, my bling will be shining in future posts! You can count on that.
