Nothing is more appropriate on Easter than cheerful brights and pretty pastels. I'm all for these hues no matter the season but today especially is a day to bust out your favorite spring pieces and indulge in a little (or a lot) of color! 

I love creating a polished look from a plain dress using fun accessories, and I thought this white dress with lace detailing served as the perfect canvas for my colorful pieces. This outfit embodies spring from my flowered headband to my butterfly necklace to my hummingbird ring, and all the colors in between!

Wild In Pink

This may just be my perfect sweater. It's pink and leopard. What more could I need?

Leopard is one of my all-time favorite prints and pink is my favorite color, so when I saw this sweater on Ann Taylor's website I knew it had to be mine. My first thought was literally, "This sweater was made for me!" 

When I showed some friends my latest purchase they weren't as enthusiastic about it as I was, but that only made me realize that everyone has different tastes and preferences and you can't let others dictate your style choices. This sweater makes me feel wonderful and it makes me feel like me and that's why I love it! It may not be for everyone but it's certainly for me. I have a feeling I'll be wearing this one to threads!

I love this adorable dress that I purchased near Christmastime this past year. I couldn't wait to wear it come spring. Well...spring is now here, yet it still doesn't feel like spring. For example, it's 45 degrees right now (definitely not ideal sundress and sandals weather). Being the impatient fashionista that I am, I just couldn't wait to take this dress for a spin - so I improvised and decided to add tights! 

Now, my go-to tights selection is the always-relevant black pair, but this time I thought a fun pair of purple tights added just the right extra touch to brilliantly complete this outfit. Plus, I discovered the perfect necklace that matches and a bracelet that matches as well. I guess it was meant to be! Just goes to show how there's always more than one great way to style a clothing piece...and I'll never get tired of the challenge.
