Sweaters & Gold

Keeping with my theme of comfortable holiday styles, I decided to pair a festive statement skirt with a loose and casual sweater. I love the juxtaposition between these two pieces and how surprisingly well they flow together.
Blue & gold are complimentary hues and even though there's no red or green in sight, the sparkles and deep tones make this look perfect for the season. 
To create an even more casual vibe, throw on a jean jacket (a black one is undeniably chic). 
Trade in your heels for a simple pair of booties - your feet will thank you later!

 This holiday season I've had a lot of fun experimenting with different types of party looks. I've been testing the waters with various color combinations, statement pieces, and mixing casual with classy. This ensemble is one of my favorites - I cannot get enough of all that glitters!
